We are currently looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join a fantastic company based in Corby. This is a permanent position, working 18-24 hours per week and offering a competitive salary.
This is a very fast paced and challenging role and would be a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about accounts and focused on providing fantastic customer service.
· Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
· Resolve queries affecting credit control
· Collect outstanding debts and negotiate payment plans
· Assist with the preparation of bank reports
· Attend regular meetings to discuss aged debts
· Occasional travel to another local branch office
· Previous experience and good knowledge of Credit Control
· Confident and professional communicator
· Thrives on working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent organisation skills with the ability to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
· Have a passion for providing exceptional customer service
· Hold a full driving license
