We’re currently looking for a Polish Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a global company based in Northampton. This is an ongoing temporary role, working full time Monday-Friday and the ideal candidate would need to be available to start immediately.

The Role:

  • Inputting and processing orders and applications into the companies Consultant Management and order processing system
  • Responding to queries concerning shipments, exchanges, returns and backorders
  • Providing information about company products, specials, marketing programs and business practices
  • Recommending process improvements to increase quality and satisfaction
  • Providing support to clients and consultants to help grown their business

You:

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Polish
  • Are computer literate with great knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Have previous experience providing high level customer service
  • Can work a flexible schedule with occasional weekend work
  • Are a quick learner with the ability to retain information
  • Demonstrate professionalism and a positive, can-do attitude
