We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Administrator / Account Manager to join fantastic growing company based in Milton Keynes. This is a permanent position, working full time hours Monday – Friday and offering and competitive salary. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately.

The role:

  • Assist with managing current client accounts
  • Understand internal and external customer requirements
  • Promote additional services to new and existing customers
  • Answer telephone queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Handle invoices and chase any which are overdue
  • Provide support to the online learning platform and virtual classroom
  • Ensure all live courses have been recorded, downloaded and saved to client folders
  • Collate feedback after training sessions
  • Assist with event planning
  • Provide administrative support to the office


  • Previous Client / Account Management experience
  • Build and develop effective working relationships with clients and customers
  • Have a flexible approach to work and willing to learn
  • Enthusiastic with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Previous experience using Quickbooks would be an advantage
  • A good team player who also works well independently
