They are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Sales Manager who is professional, focused and engaging. The candidate must be able to build and maintain long term customer relationships, as well as to develop existing accounts.
Ideally the individual will have a proven Electrical Wholesale or Electrical Contracting background, however experience within other relevant areas may also be considered, depending on experience. The clients plan is to expand their customer base geographically throughout the Midlands and the South of England.
The successful candidate will be no stranger to hard work or demanding, but achievable targets. They will need to be able to demonstrate that they have both the skills and the experience to deliver sustainable sales growth, in return enjoying a great salary and package, as well as having the support of a great team to assist in delivering results. It is essential that the successful candidate has the ability to build long lasting business customer relationships where you can add true value. The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £45k + Net profit-based bonus scheme provides for OTE earnings of £55K, Car, Expenses, I-phone, Laptop
