An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Sales Consultant to join an award winning and growing organisation based in Corby. This is a permanent role, working full time hours and offering a base salary of £23K plus outstanding uncapped commission (up to £60K OTE)

- Actively respond to leads
- Develop a clear understanding of customers’ needs
- Use a consultative approach to promote the company’s services and to guide prospects to a sale
- Create and maintain strong customer / client relationships
- Ensure client records and the management database are accurate and kept up to date
- Previous B2B sales experience
- Can show confidence when communicating
- Enthusiastic and target driven
- Thrives on working under pressure in a busy work environment
- Self-motivated and has a positive and proactive approach
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working 9am-5.30pm Monday – Friday (flexible working requests will be considered)
- Offering a base salary of £23K plus outstanding uncapped commission (up to £60K OTE)
