We are working with a fast paced and well-established company based in the Daventry area who are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant.


This role will be supporting two directors and the business administration. The successful candidate will have the confidence to jump into new situations, using their own initiative and have the enthusiasm to drive the business forward.


You will need to be flexible with the amount of working hours, the role will predominantly be part time hours but there will be times when the business will need support on a full time basis.


The role:

  • Support diverse activities of two directors
  • Diary management
  • Conduct company research
  • Prepare documents and presentations
  • Managing expenses
  • Managing emails on behalf of directors
  • General administrative duties and support


The person:

  • 2+ years’ experience working at manager level PA/ EA
  • A confident self-starter
  • Confident user of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent communicator
  • Be a natural problem solver
  • Understanding of basic accounting/ finance duties
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Proven experience of working to tight deadlines
