We are currently looking for an ambitious Field Sales Executive to join a highly reputable and well-established organisation based in Northampton. This is a permanent position, working full time hours 8.30am-5pm Monday - Friday and offering a competitive salary, plus an annual bonus.

The role:

Proactively grow the company’s customer base by developing strong relationships with customers
Manage own diary and carry out customer visits across the UK
Ensure internal teams are provided with detailed customer visit reports
Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences and meetings
Seek out new customers and sales opportunities
Effectively negotiate prices and contracts
Regularly keep in touch with assigned accounts
Carry out administrative tasks and ensuring the CRM database is kept up to date with customer information
Engage with the Sales Team and support the Sales Manager when required



Previous sales or account management experience
Ideally experience working in a B2B environment
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and processes simultaneously
Have a track record of working to and exceeding sales targets
Ideally a background in sales
Enthusiastic, proactive with good commercial acumen
