We are working with a very well-established firm based in Northampton to find a diligent and proactive candidate to join their busy team as an Administrator.

The role will be working closely with the Office Manager with administrative and customer facing roles.

This is a permanent, office-based role working 9-5 Monday to Friday and they are hoping to have someone join the team asap.

The role:

  • Database administration
  • Taking inbound calls from reception and answering queries
  • Greeting clients
  • Handling on incoming and outgoing post
  • Assist with outgoing invoices and finance admin
  • Credit control
  • Internal report running
  • General administrative project duties
  • General reception tasks

The person:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise
  • Be organised and efficient
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Supportive and reliable team player
  • Committed, adaptable and self-motivated
