We're currently looking for a driven eCommerce Support Assistant to join a well-established and world-renowned organisation based in Northamptonshire. This is a permanent role, working 8am-4pm Monday – Friday and offering up to £26K dependant on experience.


If you're looking to be part of a small and busy team, are an excellent communicator who is highly organised, detail focussed, and process driven, then this might be the role for you!


The Role:

  • Working across a variety of brands and growing sales opportunities across eCommerce channels
  • Assist with managing how the company sells it's good on their website, Amazon and eBay
  • Efficiently answer customer enquiries
  • Effectively working on data to add new products to various websites
  • Assist with dispatching orders
  • Support with stock control
  • Provide excellent customer service



  • Experience working with Amazon, eBay or an eCommerce platform would be advantageous
  • Outstanding communicator, both written and verbal
  • Can show a flexible approach to work and can adapt to any situation
  • Knowledge of eCommerce software such as Channel Advisor, VOLO, Channel Grabber, Store Feeder is desirable
  • Customer focused
  • A team player with a positive and ‘can do' attitude


The Package:

  • Up to £26K dependant on experience
  • 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
