We are currently working on a Supply Chain Coordinator role for an established and growing company based in Northamptonshire. This is a permanent position, working 9am-5.30pm Monday – Friday and offering a competitive salary.

The role:

  • Manage and process customer orders for a number of SMEs
  • Handle and investigate any order fulfilment or delivery issues
  • Ensure customers are kept up to date on their order
  • Process invoices and make sure any invoice related queries are raised and resolved 
  • Liaise with third-party logistic companies and provide updates to the client
  • Raise credit notes
  • Month-end stock reconciliation
  • Ensure all administration tasks are completed efficiently and are adhered too as per client requirements
  • Accurately input data onto relevant company systems
  • Support colleagues and other departments when required

 

You:

  • Previous experience in Supply Chain / Logistics
  • A background in customer service and administration
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner
  • Works well under pressure in a busy environment
  • Handle multiple tasks at one time to meet tight deadlines
  • A good team player who can also work independently and use their own initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised with good planning skills
  • Computer literate and can pick up new systems quickly
  • Experience using MS Excel
