We are currently looking for a Complaints Case Handler to join an internationally recognised organisation based in Northampton. This is a permanent position, working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and offering a competitive salary.

The role:

  • Efficiently oversee the day-to-day coordination of complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage and develop detailed casework to the highest professional standard
  • Analyse evidence submitted by complainants and members of the body
  • Ensure that communications issued to external parties are clear and demonstrate that a thorough investigation has been undertaken
  • Maintain accurate records, providing a clear and concise audit trail of investigations and communications
  • Assist with investigating the misuse / unpermitted use of company logo
  • Assist in the development and updating of company policies and processes
  • Provide recommendations on how the company's complaints policies can be best aligned with case law
  • Prepare and submit reports when required

 

 

You:

  • Previous experience within a complaint handling role would be advantageous
  • Experience in developing casework and reports
  • Excellent analytical and investigative skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, busy environment
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Uses own initiative and has a proactive approach
  • Ability to build external relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
