We're currently looking for a driven Investment Operations Manager to join a well-established and award-winning organisation based in Northampton. This is a permanent office-based role, working 9am-5.30pm Monday – Friday and offering up to £38K dependant on experience, plus a fantastic benefits package.

The Role:
- Managing the composition of model portfolios across all trading platforms
- Keeping on top of compliance by overseeing the trading across all platforms
- Ensure models are implemented and adjusted in line with FCA conduct rules and TFC requirements
- Check post training and accurately complete trade sheets
- Supervise trades being executed
- Ensure daily returns and registers are kept up to date
- Manage the external communications between internal and external clients
- Ensure the Department Manager is kept up to date with any trading issues
- Managing and supervising a small team
- Keep your investment knowledge up to date and current
You:
- Previous experience within trading with a good understanding of the operational requirements for a role of this nature (trade execution, compliance, regulatory risks and execution risks)
- Ideally you will be Level 4 CISI/CFA qualified or showing progress towards this qualification and beyond
- Customer focused and always puts the interest of the customer / client first
- Excellent attention to detail
- Process driven
- Experience using trading model platforms
