Alliance Recruitment are looking for either a full or part time (including school hours) experienced B2B results driven Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to join the team at their Northampton based office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious sales individual to join and help grow a well-established and highly respected multi-sector recruiter.

The Role:

 

The role is incredibly varied but predominately a blend of sales, marketing and social media management; you will be expected to build and develop your own client pipeline and re-ignite relationships with lapsed clients.

 

  • Securing new clients by phone, email or face to face
  • Identifying and engaging with key decision makers
  • Being entrepreneurial in securing new business, new ideas and marketing
  • Sourcing leads and prospective opportunities form a variety of sources
  • Working with Consultants/Account Managers across a number of sectors (Commercial, Technical, Marketing, Supply Chain) to identify target clients
  • Develop strategies to win new business from new and existing clients
  • Develop a digital marketing strategy

 

The Person:

 

The ideal candidate will be a Business Development Executive / Sales Executive with High Street or specialist agency experience or previous experience in B2B sales for a service based organisation that hold the following skills and abilities:

 

  • The ability to build quick rapport and long-lasting relationships over the telephone and in person
  • A consultative approach to selling
  • Passionate about new business with a strong track record of winning key accounts
  • The ability to negotiate to get the best terms possible
  • Have fantastic verbal and written communication skills
  • You must have the ability to connect with people and build professional working relationships with key decision makers
