We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager on behalf of a specialist Building Services Consultancy based in Buckinghamshire. The client has over 35 years’ experience working within various industries and supporting some very prestigious clients.

This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing company and team, who are due to move into a new, state-of-the-art office in central Milton Keynes, working on some highly exciting projects with some of the biggest Global brands.

You will responsible for growing their portfolio of existing clients, as well as chasing leads and generating new business.

Your responsibilities can typically be expected to comprise:

  • Researching and evaluating existing business structure by utilising business analysis tools
  • Develop a long-term business development plan
  • Formulate, develop and execute annual business strategies
  • Ensure business goals are achieved
  • Generate databases
  • Drive the development of the business and ensure sustained growth, with a key focus on surpassing sales targets

The successful candidate will receive a starting salary of up to £50k + commission (OTE £120K), depending on experience, as well as various other benefits, including an annual company bonus, use of company car, 28 days holiday + an extra 2 weeks at Christmas.
