We are currently looking for an ambitious Field Sales Representative to join a growing and international organisation based in Northampton. This is a six-month fixed term contract role, however, all being well after the six months you will be offered a permanent role. Working 39 hours per week and offering a competitive salary.

The role:

  • Proactively develop strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Carry out customer visits across the UK
  • Ensure customers are fully informed about the company's services
  • Act as the main point of contact between customer and your colleagues
  • Represent the company at trade shows and other promotional activities
  • Maintaining and regularly keep in touch with customer contacts

 

You:

  • A minimum of two years experience within a sales representative role
  • Previous experience in the electronic components / technical industry would be advantageous
  • Able to identify opportunities and projects
  • Proactive and self-motivated with strong organisational skills
  • Experience in relationship building and developing accounts
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills
