We're currently looking for an experienced Financial Planning Coordinator to join a professional and highly successful organisation based in Northampton. This is a permanent office-based role, working 37.5 hours Monday – Friday and offering up to £30K dependant on experience, plus a fantastic benefits package.

The Role:
- Efficiently provide support to the Financial Adviser in line with company procedures
- Act as the go to between clients and the Adviser
- Carry out introductory face-to-face meetings with clients
- Collect client IDs and ensuring the database is kept up to date
- Prepare client portfolio reviews and drafting meeting communications
- Analysing and writing portfolio reports
- Processing fund switches through to sign off
- Drafting documentation
You:
- A minimum of 3 years experience working for an IFA
- Have a Level 3 CII qualification (or equivalent) would be advantageous
- Knowledgeable about investment and financial planning
- Customer focussed with the ability to develop relationships with clients
- Experience using Microsoft Office software, in particular Excel spreadsheets
- A good team player who can also work independently and use their own initiative
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Have great organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
- Demonstrate professionalism and a positive, can-do attitude
The package:
- £25-£30K dependant on experience
