Temporary Finance Administrator (Urgent – ASAP Start!) – Kettering


We are currently looking for a detail focussed Finance Administrator to join an established and growing company based in Kettering. This is a temporary ongoing office-based role, staring asap, therefore you would need to be available immediately.


Our client is looking for some administrative support within their finance division. Ideally working 9am-5.30pm Monday – Friday however slightly reduced hours would be considered.


The role:

  • Providing admin support to the finance team
  • Checking invoices
  • Purchase ledger duties
  • Credit control support
  • Processing customer orders
  • Accurate data entry / database work
  • Efficiently handling customer queries (over the phone and via email)
  • Ensuring the internal system is kept up to date



  • Previous finance / accounts assistant experience
  • Exposure to credit control would be advantageous
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good keyboard skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Happy to adapt and provide administrative support where required
