We are currently working with a fantastic property organisation who are seeking a dynamic and committed Customer Care Administrator to join their expanding team.

This team provide exceptional service to all customers ensuring that all issues regarding their property are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The role:

  • Allocating work to the relevant trade
  • Recording of photos, emails and reports onto system
  • Arrangement of inspection appointments following any work
  • Answering of inbound calls and handling queries in an efficient, professional and timely manner
  • Handling of data and recording onto system with excellent attention to detail
  • Providing administrative support to team manager
  • Carry out telephone surveys
  • Collation of completion paperwork and welcome gifts
  • General ad hoc administrative and project tasks

 

The candidate:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
  • Experience working in a property environment would be advantageous
  • Have a positive and friendly nature and to be team focused
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
