We are currently looking for a Telemarketer to join a fantastic and growing medical equipment supplier based in Northampton. This is a temporary ongoing position, working approximately 10 hours per week from home and paying £10 per hour.
If you are a driven and determined individual who has a proven track record in customer engagement and enjoys a challenge, then this might be the role for you!
- Make contact with new prospects and collate relevant contact information for key contacts
- Attempt to speak to key contacts and effectively build and develop relationships
- Make them aware of the services that the company you’re representing can provide
- Introduce them to promotions and offers
- Seek permission to send the contact further offer information via email
- Ensure all actions are recorded on the database and provide follow up calls when required
- Previous telesales / telemarketing experience
- Can show confidence when communicating
- Excellent influencing skills
- Uses own initiative and has a proactive approach
- Driven, resilient and target driven
- Works well under pressure and takes immediate action to solve any problems with the best possible outcome
